Biographie Artistes et Dj's
Roy Engel A.K.A PAINKILLER , Presenting his fullon project coming out of Barcelona. The Album -"BRAINWASH" released on Nutek Records, Including 9 new dancefloor experiences through different influences, such as Classical music, rocknroll, ethnic, world music , Dance and Flamenco. As well, painkiller compiled the hot release on 3Dvision records, V/A - "HARDFLOOR" combining between well known artists and promising newcomers .
Roy was introduced to trance by his friend lior pearlmuter (of the famous astral projection),around 1996 he was influenced by the underground stream in Israel at the time, listening and enjoying the birth of psychedelic trance... After a while roy was convinced that he want to turn his instrumental musical career into electronic music…he started to produce with yonatan marcow, (bliss) checking and learning the limits of lfo’s and the different oscillators…. Later on roy moved to San Francisco, after performing in the Burning man festival, and he met with Nitzan, (originally from the same village) and the created together the “Inner Action” project. In 2001 moved to Barcelona and made their first album “Liquid Hologram”…after performing around the world in major events, Roy started his solo project “Painkiller” stepping harder on the full on side. These days as part of Nutek records, Painkiller is compiling his next compilation, “Flamenco Mania”, Whole based on flamenco music, 11 tracks with fresh ideas and restless grooves !!!
Also coming soon the first album from A-TEAM (painkiller & Bliss ). after few years of different experiences for each, Yonatan and Roy got back to work together and wrote the hits “GOBLIN FEVER”(nutek rec) and “OUT OF PHAZE”(phantasm rec), they will create a whole new album for the futuristic psy dancefloor, towards the end of this year.........stay tuned….
SYSTEM NIPEL are Rubi Yacobov & Anton Lunev both 23, living
& producing in their home town Beer Sheva, located in the Southern parts of Israel. Both Rubi &
Anton are of Russian origin and have imigrated to Israel during the 90's. The two met in high school, became good friends & found a lot of common ground - love & talent for music among
other artistic walks of life...
The team begun producing music in 1999 using the Dos based program Impulse Tracker, producing mainly club trance. Gradually they begun producing using REASON, experimenting in mind blowing full on psychedelic sound, loaded with emotion & might. These days the produce using Cubase SX2 loaded with VSTi plugins, using a lot of the REASON3 elements as well.
SYSTEM NIPEL - NAME DEFINITION
A lot of people are not familiar with the actual meaning of this name, or have misconceptions about it, now is the time to clear it all up. :-) The term System Nipel actually comes from the Russian Encyclopedia!!!. Picture a wheel, a tire, the air the goes into it, fills it up & stays inside with the help of the "NIPEL SYSTEM". Lets take all this knowledge and view it with musical definitions: "We hope that our special music will make a change and effect people, it will go into ones head & will never come out!!! SYSTEM NIPEL debut album - DEEP INTO MATTER CD has just hit the street, with it a lot of praises from all over the world. This is a magical CD succesfuly fussing passionate melodic moments without compremizing their psychedelic power & intelect.

João Marques founded Biotouch in 2004, he’s family has a tradition of good musicians, so since very early, he play’s piano, drums,
guitar and he is always putting himself in challenge to learn a new one. He had worked as pianist and producer on a metal band, later; he starts to work with jazz and starts the Classic
Conservatory. Ricardo started to work as Dj in 2002; from then on he played with all big names in the trance scene. Soon he developed a very specific taste for music and studied to
be a sound engineer. Besides that Ricardo likes to keep the “big picture” in is life, so, he works as manager of arts and shows production and Hatha Yoga teacher. In 2006, these two guys meet
each other and they began producing together, from then on, they defined their project and ambitions really clear. They developed a unique high tech style with powerful melodies and a deep
electro touch. They record acoustic instruments and their voices on the tracks, making them one of the new talents of the trance industry, always putting their effort to interact and touch the
crowd with an uplifting live act.

When asked where his love of synthetic sounds and electonica music comes from, Jeff Alford never hesitates when giving his answer. He always quotes the electronica soundscape pioneer JMJ as his source of inspiration. Stumbling across JMJ’s sounds at the age of 10, Jeff never looked back. Jeff flirted with the sounds of Hip Hop at 16 and by 18 he was producing Progressive Trance; albeit with an underlay of breaks in his rhythm sections.
At the age of 18, Jeff went to Florida in order to gain more experience as a Sound Engineer. He did his apprenticeship at Orlando-based Full Sail Real World Studios. It was an opportunity to work with the most advanced technology and it took his music production to an entirely new level.
Two years on from gaining his Recording Arts degree and he released the album "Down to Earth” (2002)…30 tracks on 2 CDs which blended the sounds of Hard Trance and Hard House. The tracks harkened back to earlier days when trance music told a story; taking dancers and ravers on a journey. The album was also the vehicle which gained Jeff substantial attention.
In 2003, Jeff and his tracks were covered by the likes of The Daily Star, MTV, Virgin Radio…and the list goes on. In the same year, he produced the track "Reaching the Top", a trance track selected for inclusion on the 'Hot Clubbing Vol.5' dance compilation CD (1,300,000 units released in April 2003). ‘Hot Clubbing’ was released in conjunction with The Daily Star & The Express newspapers. His mix was also selected to be the background music in the television advertising campaign for the CD compilation. The television advertising campaign included broadcasters such as MTV, Paramount, C4, C5 and Sky One. Radio DJ support for the track included BBC Radio One Dj, Dave Pearce.
Jeff’s tracks continue to be popular with broadcasters.
His tracks are also popular features on dance compilation CDs. One recent compilation success has been his track "Feeling the energy", out on the 'Psychic Vol.1' compilation by Nonego Records (US & UK).
2006 sees the release of his album, "Heart of Trance". As Jeff says, “The various harmonies within the Heart of Trance’s sound come from the rainbow deep inside the highest state of mind that we might all hear in the near future…leading our souls around the world.”

Israeli Astrix aka Avi Shmailov is without a doubt one of the fastest rising stars on the psy trance scene, with UK
and world wide DJs, producers and media singing his praises not only on the underground trance scene, but also with the more adventurous hard dance and trance DJs alike due to his highly
infectious sound. His debut album ‘Eye To Eye’ (HOMmega / 2002) marked his arrival on the trance scene and saw Astrix embark on what has since been a non-stop global tour performing at
massive parties and international festivals alike, always raising the roof with his unique sound and style. Astrix has made remixes for and has been remixed by the likes of Infected Mushroom and
GMS. At the end of 2004, Astrix released his second album 'Artcore' (HOMmega) which sold nearly 20,000 copies up to date. Astrix has just finished compiling a new mix CD -
'Psychedelic Academy' for a leading UK label (Hit Mania), where, like in his own music, he manages to combine the psy trance elements with clubbier trance giving him a credible crossover appeal
by mixing both futuristic and forward thinking music with a lot of uplifting moments that grab the attention of many music lovers from all sides of trance.
